Everything DiSC 363 Assessment Procedure
Leaders and raters complete their assessments online. Each leader can have up to four categories of raters (Managers, Direct Reports, Peers, and Others). The intuitive, easy-to-use questionnaires take only about 10 – 20 minutes to complete.
- Leaders: Participating leaders will complete a two-part assessment that includes (1) Everything DiSC style and (2) leadership behaviors self-evaluation questions
- Raters: Those participating as raters will also complete a two-part assessment. It includes (1) leadership behaviors questions and (2) “leadership request” questions focused on what they would like to see more of from the leader and to what extent.
Individualized Feedback: One-to-One Coaching/Debrief

Each participating leader can participate in a one-on-one coaching/debrief feedback session by phone or in-person with an Everything DiSC Certified trainer to review their profile, interpret the results and lay the groundwork for creating an action plan.
The one-on-one coaching/debrief session will include specific feedback on individual strengths and recommended strategies for development, with the goal being to prepare the leader to create and implement an action plan for leadership growth appropriate for his or her specific style and customized results.
