MTI's Strategic Webinar Series sessions are 90-minute programs, each presented by a member of the firm's expert consulting team. Topics reflect in-demand subject matter encompassing both current trends and foundational knowledge of benefit to HR professionals and to other business leaders. Each program provides practical information, tips, and strategies that participants can apply as they grow in their roles as strategic-minded professionals. Participants can attend live webinars via computer, mobile device, or telephone. Register for individual sessions or choose a subscription package for maximum value.

Presenters

Each program in the series will be presented by either Mary Gormandy White or Randall Olson, both of whom are founding partners of MTI Business Solutions.

Mary and  Randall are both Everything DiSC Certified Trainers and PXT Select Certified Professionals. Randall is also an Accredited Facilitator for Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Mary holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP credentials and teaches HR certification exam prep courses for SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, and aPHR. Both are frequent keynote speakers at conferences and association meetings nationwide.

Continuing Education Credit

Each of these programs is valid for 1 PDCs toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification. They are also approved for 1 strategic/specified HRCI credits. Recertification credit is provided only to registered participants; full session attendance is mandatory for credit. Continuing education credit is available solely to registered attendees. Participation is confirmed by the webinar report log.
