Everything DiSC Essentials is a fully online, asynchronous course designed for facilitators and others who want a high-level education on how to effectively utilize Everything DiSC assessments and reports.

  • Everything DiSC Management Workshop - Group workshop focused on improving supervisory success by understanding your one-to-one DiSC management style and tips for reading other people’s styles. This workshop can be customized to focus on specific organizational challenges. We typically have open discussions in areas of understanding personalities, directing & delegating, motivation, developing others and working with your manager. (6 hours)
  • Management Assessment with Group Debrief - Navigating and understanding your Everything DiSC management assessment in a group training session. This ‘Lunch & Learn’ format focuses inward at each manager's specific style and an overview of how styles interact.(2-hour ‘Lunch & Learn’ format)
  • Management Assessment with Individual Debrief - Individual debrief session with an Everything DiSC management facilitator to navigate and interpret your assessment. This is a good option to have individual discussions on specific management challenges and required adjustments. A very good tool to include with other specific training necessary for a managers professional growth in a specific area. (Telephone; 90 minutes)
  • Custom Management Training Solutions - Pair Everything DiSC Management with additional MTI Business Solutions Success Seminar Series management workshops for additional training needs. Because this tool is vital to the base of solid management knowledge, we do encourage its use as a foundation for many of our leadership and management seminars.

  • Online courses: This online course consists of four weekly modules followed by a final exam. Each module requires three to five hours of preparation time per week. The course includes self-directed online work that integrates a rich media experience with active-learning exercises to help you apply DiSC® theory and facilitation in an engaging way. All self-paced content is interactive and memorable so you have fun while you’re learning, and our live instructor-led sessions allow you and your classmates to collaborate and share best practices. The weekly required live facilitated sessions are filled with learning opportunities and small group breakout sessions. The course is facilitated virtually by professional trainers who are with you every step of the way.
  • In-person courses: A two-day, in-person Everything DiSC Workplace certification course is available throughout the U.S. Clients can schedule on-site sessions for groups of any size at the location of their choice. Public workshops are also periodically available in select cities.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is an assessment-based learning experience that helps build high-performing teams. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s internationally best-selling leadership fable The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this powerful program focuses on putting The Five Behaviors™ model into practice. Taking into consideration personalities and preferences to develop a cohesive and productive team takes work, but the payoff can be huge - for your people, the team and the organization.

The program has a simple goal: to help people discover how to build a truly cohesive and effective team. It helps teams understand how they score on key components of the Five Behaviors Model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results. Individuals will also discover how their own personality style and the styles of their team members contribute to the team's overall success. You can choose between Everything DiSC® or  All Types™ (MBTI®-compatible) for the personality component of your team's assessments.

  • 2 - 3 day workshops, delivered on consecutive days or non-consecutive intervals (such as the first Friday of each month for three months, three Tuesdays in a row, etc.)
  • 1 full day workshop followed by 4 - 5 half-day sessions
  • 6 - 8 half-day sessions
